Whispers of Hope

I can't believe it has been almost a month since our evening of magic; The Whispers of Hope Gala. Did you attend?

For those that did not, here is a short summary of the evening, including some of the photos by the fabulous Alicia Eads from Alicia Eads Photography.

As guests arrived they were able to mingle while checking out the amazing silent auction items! There were quite a few bidding wars going on! A
Magician walked around and entertained the guests! He even made my keys disappear... I am sure that's what happened to them!!!

As the guests entered the teal lighted ballroom in their finest evening wear masks and all, Sheree Paolello emceed the event. She began by sharing her story of how she meant the Jamison Family and how she wanted to help them keep Jaymie's memory alive and help other women by battling this dreaded disease. Dr Kelly Flood-Shaffer lead us in prayer before dinner was served.

Shortly after dinner the Guardians of Hope were awarded. These new members included survivors, a fighter, family of an angel, and people and companies who have helped us along this road we are traveling to make every single women aware of gynecological cancers and the importance of early detection and awareness.

Following the awards the Guardian of Hope Balloon Auction began! This auction provided us with funds to help provide uninsured women with gynecological screenings. This was one of the most exciting parts of the evening!

Soon after dancing began and everyone enjoyed themselves out on the dance floor! I can't wait until next year, and we hope you will join us again! Thank you to everyone who came to the event! Thank you to everyone who donated or bought an auction item! Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers! This night couldn't have been a success with out you!
